Around 20 junior tennis players and a dozen Hotshot beginners took to the Daylesford tennis courts for the second last week of play before the Christmas break.
Section 1: There were five competitors and the decider came down to the last set of the day, with Josh Liversidge taking out the section just two games ahead of Adam Leonard.
Section 2: Logan Koleski was the eventual winner holding off Lola Santurini to win the section 15-9 to 13-11.
Section 3: It was pleasing to see a few of our Hotshot beginners joining the junior competition for the first time. Olivia Righetti took out the section with Giselle Stewart a close second.
Next week will be our last week before Christmas and we hope to see as many players and beginners for the last hit out before the Christmas break. Play starts at 9.30am.
