Lauded songwriters in their own right, Luke Watt and Nigel Wearne join forces to go "Above The Bit". Wearne is a country/folk singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, poet and luthier. Watt is a folk/blues singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer. Drawing from blues, country and outlaw folk, their diverse influences include Richard Thompson, Tom Waits and the "spirit of Woody Guthrie". "Land of Equal Share" is the debut single from the bands's forthcoming self-titled album, being launched at this gig.
