Playing at home, Creswick was defeated by a dominant Clunes outfit 23 to 37.
However Hepburn powered through their game on the home court, taking the game from Daylesford by a whopping 65 goals.
The final score was 79 goals to the Dogs' 14.
Meanwhile home side Newlyn tried to hold up against Springbank but was beaten 27 to 40.
