In the Midweek Pennant, Smeaton's division four team won two rinks to secure a 28-shot victory over Creswick.
Val Rumler, Ted Rumler, Des Dwyer and skip Joan Lafranchi secured a 25-shot win in their rink while Marg Saligari, Shane Slater, Sue Richards and skip Robert Seamons won their by seven shots.
Smeaton will precede to face off against Ballarat North next Monday.
In the Weekend Pennant, Smeaton's division four team played Bungaree in the preliminary finals but lost by 11-shots.
Len Robinson's rink of Winston Pickering, Bill May and Des Dwyer played great bowls throughout the day to secure a 17-shot victory.
Meanwhile Graeme Perry’s rink of Garry Fitzsimons, Ross Dimond and Elizabeth Cosgrave put the pressure on their opponents all day before going down by five shots.
In division nine, also playing in the preliminary final, Smeaton took on Ballarat.
Smeaton went down by nine shots in an incredibly close game.
Carol McKay’s rink comprising of Colin Toose, David McKay and Daryl Slater played out to a drawn game while Shane Slater’s rink went down by nine shots.
