Clunes’ division two team took on City Oval at home in hot and windy conditions.
Mark Vorbach’s rink were seven shots apiece by tea break but went on to win by 15 shots while Andrew Ingram’s rink drew, Howard Smith’s won by eight and Geoff Annear’s won by 11.
Clunes won the day 100 shots to 66.
Meanwhile, the division seven team played Daylesford.
Daylesford bowed to Clunes, winning only one game. Clunes skippers Josh Polson and Barry Laws each won their rinks by seven shots; Laurie Judd’s won by nine, giving Clunes an overall 17 shot win.
