The series which kicked off at the last market on March 12 not only provides people with a range of fresh local produce from stall holders, but also offers classes and demonstrations about how to get the best out of food.
The first challenge featured Ripon MP Louise Staley and well known Clunes community member Graeme Johnstone who created homemade burger sauces.
The winner was judged by Ballarat resident and Zumbo's Just Desserts champion Kate Ferguson.
Clunes Farmers Market chairman Leanne Kamp said the project which was launched in conjunction with the Hepburn Shire and Regional Development Victoria was aimed at promoting sustainability.
The next installment of Grow Eat Love series will take place on May 14, with local chef Lyn Cowie set to share her recipe for golden syrup dumplings.
