Gathered at The Pavilion in Victoria Park, party goers were treated to a performance from the Ukulele Affair while also admiring artwork contributed by Daylesford Secondary College, topped off by a full Devonshire Tea.
The event which was organised by Hepburn Health, the Hepburn Shire and the Hepburn University of the Third Age also featured a guest appearance from Victoria’s first Gender and sexuality commissioner Chris Reidy.
Hepburn Health manager of integrated aged care Gabrielle Kirby said the event provided an excellent opportunity for seniors of all walks of life to get to know one another.
“This was a great way to celebrate the diversity of our older people,” Ms Kirby said.
