Daylesford were on top for the second half, but had a tough first half with scored evenly locked. Jonathon Burris, Seb Lukoszek-Every, Gonzalo Silva and Jordy Barnes were best on ground. Final score: Daylesford 4, Creswick 1.
Division 2: A new look Daylesford Division 2 squad fought out a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Ballarat White. Staunch defending by club stalwart Shanka Hackenberger and new recruit Damian White was well supported by Ben Andrew and new captain Andrew Barnham.
Although under pressure all game, promising new forward Jaycob Paddon made the most of limited opportunities creating a penalty, expertly slotted by Damian White. Final score: Ballarat White 2, Daylesford 1.
U15s: The side was without a goalie and striker, so the forwards all played a role in their absence. Otto Finn and Frankie Harvey were both dangerous. Final score: Ballarat White 4, Daylesford 3.
U13s: Daylesford travelled to Creswick for a close fought loss. Eero Partonen scored four goals. Final score: Creswick 5, Daylesford 4.
U11s: Tate Koleski, Frey Pelham and Logan Koleski were among the best. Final score: Daylesford 8, Buninyong Black 2.
