The fifth annual Daylesford Macedon Ranges Open Studios will be held in November, a program where visitors can meet artists in their homes, in both Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges, and watch as they create.
The artists will also contribute one piece each to a group exhibition, to be held concurrently in Kyneton.
Creative producer Jill Rivers said visitors to the program have grown each year since it began in 2012, with last year’s event attracting crowds of 3000.
She said Little Gallery in Trentham had developed as a result of artists meeting through the Open Studios program.
New artists in this year’s program include ceramicists Angie Izard of Porcupine Ridge and Jeannine Hendy of Trentham, painter Lawrence Walsh of Trentham, and photographer Robert Marnika and painters Brian Reberger and Valerie Roberts of Daylesford.
