The organisation's board met in Daylesford last Thursday to review the annual strategy that affects towns in the Hepburn Shire.
Representatives from Trentham, Clunes, Creswick, Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, attended to ensure the issues crucial to tourism and town businesses were on the agenda.
Guest speakers were Daylesford Macedon Ranges Regional Tourism Board general manager Judith Isherwood, and Hepburn Shire Communities and Economic Development manager Adam McSwain.
Tourism Hepburn chair Robyne Head said there was a consensus among the group that visitors helped grow strong businesses and increased job opportunities in the region.
