Clunes has trio of wins with big margins against Webbcona | Bowls

Monday Premier Division: Travelled to the Midlands Club. Clunes rink skippered by Mark Vorbach had a great second half to finish just a shot down. Midlands were able to win all rinks and post a 29 shot outright victory.

Monday Division 4: Travelled to the City Oval club at Ballarat. In a very close game both clubs were able to win a rink each. Clunes rink skippered by Rex Martin were able to win by sevens shots. Clunes were able to win outright by just one shot.

Saturday Division 2: Played Daylesford in Clunes. Each club were able to win two rinks. Clunes rink skippered by Andrew Ingram with Alan Baird, Rex Martin and Jeff Gale were able to win their rink by 12 shots, which seen Clunes to an outright victory by just three shots.

Saturday Division 6: Played Webbcona in Clunes. In a great effort from this team Clunes had three rinks win with large margins: Lee Dixon with Eileen Spong, Bernie Rees and Jodie Lythgo won by 19 shots; John Young with Sue Boland, Lee Hind and Lindy Wilson won by 24; Terry Kinnersly with Anne Shields, Peter Quinton and Dave Aiken won by a massive 27 shots. Webbcona were able to play out a draw with Clunes rink skippered by Laurie Judd. Clunes won outright by 70 shots.
