Division 1: Dom Dennis and Jess Santurini drew for first place.
Division 2: Adam Leonard just edged out Lola Santurini by one point.
Division 3: Eve Righetti came in first place.
Tennis Open day
Despite the threatening skies, the both young and old players took to the courts on Sunday. Brian and Heather Carr took new beginners activities designed to teach them the basics of tennis.
A highlight was a demonstration match between champion club seniors Vlad and Pete Ekstead versus young stars Anna Santurini and Dom Dennis. Games went according to serve until experience and tenacity came to the for and the oldies won the tie breaker. Final score 7-6. Watch for this one next year.
