The two brothers, Nash Robinson, 16, and Bodhi Robinson, 13, were recently selected to play in the Central Highlands Region's under-14s and under-16s squads for the 2019-20 season.
Hepburn Cricket Club president Lindsay Olver said the two brothers were both very good cricketers in their own rights.
"They were selected from country week last year. Hepburn had six of our players represent the Castlemaine Association and they were picked from their performance," Mr Olver said.
"They both have a big future in cricket."
Nash is a talented quick bowler and batsman who won the club's senior best player and the league's best player in B-grade for making three 50s last season.
"He's as quick as I've seen at that age," Mr Olver said.
Bodhi, who was shortlisted for the state team last year, is an excellent leg spin bowler, wicket keeper and opening batsman.
The squad will participate in a winter coaching program before participating in a series of trials to determine the final team of 13 players that will represent the Highlanders in the Youth Premier League's 2019-20 season.
