The second annual dog Christmas party was hosted at Long View Farm and Meats in Clunes for pooches large and small last week.
This year, the pooches were given a Christmas present from 10-year-old James de Kort.
James received a sewing machine for his birthday and with help from his mum and aunt, came up with the idea to design and sew a bandana for each dog who attended the party.
He said he wanted to give all the dogs a “special Christmas present” and thought a bandana was a good idea as he liked to dress up his dog, Pebbles, with the accessory.
His mum, Lana, said Clunes was a dog-loving town and the event celebrated that.
