He moves on after being dropped in this year’s BFL finals.
North produced a bombshell when it left out Dunstan and his brother Sam for the first semi-final against Darley.
Nathan Dunstan returned to North Ballarat in 2017 after playing with Donald in the North Central league.
Also arriving at Hepburn for the 2019 season is Kele Asa Leausa.
The utility is the brother of joint-coach Segifili and last played with Kilcunda-Bass in the Alberton competition.
Segifili said his brother hadn’t played for a couple of years, but would hopefully add some experience to the group.
Hepburn finished the 2018 campaign in sixth spot on the ladder before being knocked out of the competition in an elimination final.
The Burras announced this week that Segifili would share the senior coaching role in 2019 with Clive Raak.
Raak is back after last coaching the club in 2015.
