The former Daylesford Bulldog and Sebastopol footballer won the final of the Carlton Draught Barrel Time competition at the MCG on Saturday.
Oliver beat rival Sam Sobey in the decider, with his best torpedo effort landing at 67m.
Both finalists had two kicks each, with the longest declared the winner.
For his efforts, Oliver wins $2500 cash for himself and $5000 cash for Lake Wendouree, where he was a junior coach this year.
Oliver also won a return trip for two people to the USA for the ultimate punting experience with the Denver Broncos.
This includes a match day experience and the opportunity to participate in a punting session at the Denver Broncos training facility.
Oliver, who has endured two knee reconstructions, has also played senior football with Lismore-Derrinallum and Castlemaine.
