From life coaching, to spiritual mentoring, astrology, reiki, massage, healings, teachings in essential oils and meditation, Medyhyne Lebachen is offering something for everybody to improve their individual wellness.
Ms Lebachen, who studied psychology and sociology at university, has worked in wellness for over 20 years.
“I’ve always had a fascination with well-being...how people can be at their very best and balance, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. You can’t just focus on one area or you will get out of balance, so it’s about working on all four aspects to be holistically in balance and function at the highest potential.
“My studies enhanced my interest and then I naturally went into alternative modalities because I felt that they were more holistic and encompassed all areas of health and well-being.”
She said she wanted to offer something different for the community.
“Well-being is so important, both for kids and adults...There is an over-stimulation in our society where we all seem to be on the go all the time. We never stop which affects our whole nervous system. So learning skills to stop, slow down and have internal resources to be able to function successfully in the world without being overwhelmed is important.”
Ms Lebachen said there was no key factor to wellness as everybody has different intelligences as some people are auditory, while others are kinesthetic learners. She said she was most excited about having people coming together and experiencing the energy of community.
“It’s about working with a particular person, how they learn best and what they need to work on to benefit them the most,” she said. “This is about creating a space for people to come to feel better about themselves and their life, instead of being separate and working individually.”
