Students from Daylesford Secondary College have been working hard on their annual school musical.

Creepytown tells the story of a vegetarian vampire who wants to break free from its home town.

Musical coordinator Wayne Pickering said students had been working on the production for about five months. He said he liked his students to take ownership of the production and so they worked on everything from light and sound to dance routines.

The lead characters, pictured above, said they had been working their way up the musical hierarchy in their time at the college and were pleased to play lead roles in their final year. The musical runs from September 6 until September 14. Tickets are available at the college.
