The members, Frank Harris, Maureen Harris, Dawn Vorbach and Ken Vorbach, have all worked hard at the club and have contributed more than 20 years of service. All four have enjoyed personal and pennant success on the greens. Five years ago, they all played in the same pennant premiership team.
Mr Vorbach enjoyed premiership success at 88 years of age this year during the mid-week Division 2.
A best player award and medal was awarded to a person in each division at each weekend pennant this year. The opposing team voted weekly on each rink.
For Division 3, the award was called the Jock McLennan medal. This year’s inaugural winner was Andrew Ingram. In Division 7, the award was called the Heinz Hoersch medal. The inaugural winner was Terry Kinnersly.
