Daylesford had high hopes of a win against North Ballarat in Ballarat and District Soccer Association under-13s.

North, who had yet to win a game, instead captured its first victory, 3-2. Daylesford had limited numbers due to Mother's Day and, with no substitutes, were quickly on the back foot with North scoring two quick goals.

Daylesford managed to drag a goal back by half-time but in the end North was too strong.

Logan Koleski and Mehdi Bennani each scored a goal for Daylesford.

Meanwhile Miles Wilkinson had his best game in an attacking role on the right in the under-15s 1-all draw with Ballarat White.

New Daylesford recruit Phillip Kelly provided a good level of midfield possession and popped up to score the second half equaliser.

Daylesford seniors continued on their winning ways with a 4-0 win against Ballarat White to move into fifth on the ladder. Best on ground include: Richard Malter, Dylan Nulty, Jack Nulty.
