New survey data, released on Thursday, shows 96 per cent of adult patients rate their experience as good or very good at Hepburn Health Services.
Results are clear above the 91 per cent average satisfaction rating across the state and on par with other small regional healthcare services, including Terang-Mortlake (99 per cent satisfaction) and West Wimmera (98 per cent).
Nearby major regional hospital Ballarat Health Services achieved a satisfaction rating of 94 per cent, which matched like-sized regional neighbour Bendigo Health Service.
Results were randomly gathered from adult patients admitted for same day and overnight stays in Victorian health services in 2016, one month after discharge.
