Clunes Bowling Club’s Division 2 team hosted Creswick at and a close battle was played out. Each club had a winning rink and the third rink played a draw. Clunes skippers Lee Dixon won by three and John Dellavedova played out a draw. Creswick won by seven shots.

The Division 5 team hosted Ballarat North. Clunes skipper Rex Martin took out a close game. Ballarat North won the other two rinks and recorded a comfortable victory.
WEEKEND
Clunes Division 3 hosted Ballarat Memorial Services. Clunes won three of the four rinks. Clunes skippers Andrew Ingram by nine, Mark Vorbach by 14 and Narelle Vorbach (with Alan Baird, Jenny Cameron and Howard Smith) by 21 shots to ensure a win by 36 shots.
The Clunes Division 7 team travelled to Bungaree, where each club won two rinks, but Clunes secured an outright win. Clunes skippers Terry Kinnersly went down by one shot, Josh Polson won by two and Satch Niemiec won by 10 to ensure Clunes won by two.
