The Bulldogs will relive the premiership success during the home fixture against Ballan at Victoria Park.
Daylesford scored an eight-point win over Waubra – 10.12 (72) to 9.10 (64) – to capture its maiden CHFL flag and first premiership since 1961.
Clayton Scoble kicked two goals to be named the Bulldogs’ best.
Phil Davis was coach of the team and Rob Rodgers captain.
After the 2007 success, Daylesford went on to play in the next five senior grand finals, winning flags in 2009 and 2012.
