For their efforts I’d like to thank Hepburn councillor Don Henderson, the Ballarat Courier and Hepburn Advocate, the Member for Ripon Louise Staley, the Minister responsible for Parks Victoria, Lisa Neville, the unsung machine operators who did the job with minimal fuss and damage, and the many people of Creswick who told me they also wanted the wreck removed.

Lastly, of course, Parks Victoria who, however reluctantly, finally came to the party.

Better late than never I guess.
