Family violence inquiry written off as a 'waste of time' after judges excused from appearing

A flagship parliamentary inquiry into the family law system will not take evidence from either the chief justices of the Family Court or the Federal Circuit Court, in a move child protection advocates say renders the inquiry pointless.
