CHFL juniors outclassed by strong Southern side

Central Highlands Football League joint-coach Johno Leoncini admits his side was outclassed in a match-winning opening half from the Southern competition on Saturday.

The hosts kicked seven goals to two in the first two terms before cruising to a 35-point victory in the AFL Victoria Country Championships under-19 clash. The Highlanders outscored the Southern FL after the main break, but were never in the hunt for victory.
