‘Wayne, a hidden face of Trentham’s High Street’ is showing his face for the first time when ‘he’ appears in Little Gallery’s local art exhibition, which opens on December 9.
The Little Gallery hosts the small works show each December and has attracted a record 40 local artists this year. And while the artworks are small, some big names are featured. Catherine Abel was a finalist in the prestigious Sulman Prize last year, David Bryant has been a Blake finalist, Daniel Butterworth's Archibald finals portrait of Trentham chef Annie Smithers featured in Bendigo Gallery's Archibald show, and Rose Wilson was a finalist this year in WA's $50,000 Black Swan award.
The public opening of the Little Gallery show on December 9 at 6pm. The show runs until January 8.
