Acting principal Bronwyn Gallagher said most of the school’s students travelled by bus, so it was a good opportunity for the students to learn about safe pedestrian behaviour and the health benefits of walking from an early age.
“Our families enjoyed the beauty of our town as they walked from various points and they gained practice in using the road crossings safely,” she said.
