A dinner has been planned for Friday night before a round of golf on Saturday helps mark the the centenary milestone.
CGC president Russell Cartledge said there had been some challenging periods in recent years, but believes the arrival of RACV at the Goldfields Resort secured the club’s future.
RACV took over ownership of the Creswick facility late last year.
“This weekend is about looking to the future, while acknowledging the past that has shaped our club,” Cartledge said.
“I believe as individuals we are a much stronger group of members for having come through some very tough times.”
Golfers will dress in playing attire from yesteryear for Saturday’s round of competition.
More information on the celebrations can be sought from Cartledge on 0438 643 998.
