Carol White, Tina Banitska, Michelle Leishman, Alla Wolf-Tasker and · Catherine Trewhella (posthumous) were inducted into the honour role at a special ceremony on Thursday night.
Carol White was recognised for work in restoring and operating Lavandula.
Over two decades, Carol has "quietly and determinedly shown how to build a thriving enterprise and has inspired a community".
Tina Banitska also converted a dream into reality, when opening the Convent Gallery in March 1991.
It was the culmination of three years of hard work, with Tina also committed to young and emerging artists.
Clunes' Michelle Leishman founded the Sidinda Health Clinic in rural Zimbabwe, striving to "contribute to the advancement of women".
Through the clinic Michelle created initiatives for women’s health, social advancement and employment.
Michelle’s leadership has also helped establish relationships between Zimbabwean women and Clunes residents.
The honour role committee also commended Alla Wolf-Tasker, whose "unswerving vision played a ground breaking role in Hepburn Shire history."
"Few have achieved more to shape the face of Australian regional dining," they said.
