The award-winning GAYTM was first created to celebrate the Mardi Gras festival, and now Daylesford's ANZ branch has also had a makeover.
The town won an Australian-wide competition to host the GAYTM, receiving upwards of 4500 votes.
Social media has gone crazy after it was installed last week, with residents posting pictures of themselves with the sparkling ATM.
District manager Kristine Daniels said the campaign was designed to support diversity and inclusion.
"Even installing it, we had so many people showing support and we've seen first hand how much this resonates with people," she said.
"It shows that companies can support the LGBTI community and we hope others follow suit."
As part of the campaign, ATM operator fees from non-ANZ cardholders will also go to the Victoria Park Community Hub redevelopment.
The GAYTM will be in town for several weeks.
