Musk Vale's Craig Cahoon is devastated after the discovery.
Three adult ewes, who were used for breeding, were killed and two of their lambs are missing.
Mr Cahoon's remaining five sheep and lambs were also attacked and have various injuries.
He believes dogs were responsible for the incident, as there have been similar incidents in the area.
"Other residents have lost sheep in similar attacks and it really looks like these dogs have been bred for hunting," Mr Cahoon said.
"It's just devastating because we are trying to breed these animals and now they're dead."
