The Burras won the Merv and Mary Howard Champion Club award on 271.5 points ahead of Bungaree on 261.5 points and Springbank on 236.
Hepburn footballers and netballers were rewarded for their fine seasons by being named in the CHFL teams of the year.
Brad McKay and Andrew McKay were named in the football team of the year, while Skye McDonald, Erin Richardson and Sarah Dowell were named in the netball team of the year.
Hepburn’s Gary Cooke was named coach of the netball team.
Daylesford’s Michael Cummings polled 22 votes to finish equal second in the Geoff Taylor Medal behind Springbank’s Luke Fisher.
Hepburn’s Daniel O’Halloran was fourth with 21 votes.
Daylesford’s Sam Winnard was runner-up in the reserves league best and fairest award on 21 votes, 11 behind Beaufort’s Adrian Beer.
Clunes’ Alysha Panozzo capped a superb season by winning the C-grade netball league award.
