THE match of the round in the Mt Prospect Tennis Association was in A2 between Mt Prospect and Kingston Red, with Mt Prospect just taking the match by two games.

The men for Mt Prospect got off to a great start taking two out of three of the mens sets. This was due to the solid form of Matt Pearce taking both his mens sets.

Kingston Reds Brayden Kennedy didn't make it easy for the Mt Prospect men, snatching the first set 6-4 and just losing his second in a tiebreak.

The Kingston Red women were determined to get back into the match to take two of the three women's sets.

This was mainly due to the consistent form of Nat Maher, who won her two sets convincingly.
