SATURDAY'S matches were played in near perfect conditions and the highlight match was in A grade with Mt Prospect getting up over Kingston Blue by 11 games.
The men for Mt Prospect had the upper hand over their opponents taking two out of the three men's sets. This was due to the solid form of Justin McGrath taking both his sets.
Kingston Blue's Stuart Brehaut didnt make it easy for the Mt Prospect men, snatching one of the men's sets and going down in the second 8-4.
The Kingston Blue women took two of the three women's sets - mainly due to Ros Symons taking both her sets.
In A grade, Lawrence proved too good for Kingston Black, while Smeaton defeated Dean by 18 games. Kingston White had a convincing victory over St Augustines.
In A1, the consistent form of Kingston Red's Leanne Hughes proved the difference, with a close win over Invermay.
In A2, St Augustines Red Kayla Kennedy showed good form, winning her three sets for the day to set up her team with a convincing victory over Kingston Gold.
