The Daylesford Junior Football Club, in conjunction with the Daylesford Senior Football Netball Club, will kick off the 2006 season with a family fun day on Sunday, starting at noon.
This will be a chance for all Daylesford junior football and netball players, coaches, officials, parents and families to join together for a BBQ and take part in a parent versus player football and netball practice matches.
All players will meet their coaches for the season.
With the inclusion of two new junior football teams in the Central Highlands League, and the introduction of three junior netball teams into the competition, the clubs hope to further enhance and extend the family-friendly
direction by offering a sporting activities for both boys and girls.
