DAYLESFORD ran the October shoot last Saturday.
Strong winds made setting up a tough job for the target setters but with a good apprentice in Shane and the experience of Jake, a very good ground was set. Although one local helper thought there was maybe "too'' good targets on the course but after shooting his highest first round
score for some time thought they weren't too bad.

Ladies 1st: A. Marris 59-75, 2nd N. Turner 60-75.
Juniors: B. Nankervis 65-75.
The next big shoot is the Nationals held at Geelong Range where some of Daylesford's shooters will be competing.
