BOTTOM side Trentham recorded its first win for the season in Daylesford and District Cricket Association.
Smeaton could only manage 164 at the end of its overs, however, M Grose 77, A Knowles 28 and N Duggan 16 were outstanding with the bat.
It was two 16-year-old bowlers, H Forgo 3/17 and S Hewitt 4/27, who sealed the win.
Trentham successfully chased its target to finish 6-170.
The better batsmen were S.Hewitt 28, G Jennings 25, A.Thomas 34 and D.Crewther 24.
D Hickson 2/9 and A Nethercott 2/34 stood out with the ball for Smeaton.
Hepburn thrashed Colts at Hepburn on Saturday.
Colts were bowled out for just 71, B Marshall 18, was the only batsman to offer resistance.
G Henderson took 5/32.
In reply, Hepburn was 1/76 with J Winnard 37 not out and S Winnard, 22, amongst the runs.
No scores received for the Newlyn versus Korweinguboora game. Blackwood had the bye.

Junior results
Daylesford's under-16 team is likely to record its second win for the season this Saturday.
In the first round Daylesford made 10/82 with M Risstrom 22 defeating Castlemaine, which made 10/72. M Risstrom 3/5 and T Grisdale 2/9 shared the wickets.
Round two sees Daylesford 9/139 at the end of its 40 overs. The batsmen to do well were D Shewell 64 not out, M Bolton,16, and A Mill 18. The game continues next week.
