Junior Daylesford Demons hold awards

DAYLESFORD Demons Junior Football Club's presentation night was held on September 14.

In the under 10 1/2 best first year player was Ryan Holmes with the coach's awards going to Cameron Lovig and Shane Butler Black.

In the Under 13s, Joel Cowan took out the best and fairest ahead of Finn Anscombe.

Most consistent was Darcy Thornycroft and most dedicated was Jacob Paddon.

The coach's award went to Eamon McGrath Lester and the Paul Collins Memorial Team Spirit award to Tim Winzar and Ted Cooper.

The best player in finals was Ted Cooper with best clubman Brad Winzar and most improved Liam Murray.

The leading goalkicker was Kalen Lipplegoes.

Fifty game awards went to Liam Murray, Sam Marshall and Jeremy Steen with Finn Anscombe receiving a 100-game award.

The club thanked all its sponsors for their support during the year and all parents and players for their attendance on the night.
