Blackwood won the toss and batted against Colts. Blackwood was dismissed for 140 after cruising to 2/89. Brett Sullivan 44, Des Hepburn 27, John Deveraux 19 and Steve O'Brien 17 contributing with the bat.
The wickets fell to Steve Thomas 6/30, Mick Cummings 2/38, Marty Schultz 1/28 and Kane Trimble 1/11.
Colts batted for 21 overs and are 0/34 , the not-out batsmen are Aaron Brereton 24 and Michael Bolton 6. Blackwood will need to bowl and field well if they are to have any chance of victory next week.
K'boora compiled 9/279 in their 70 overs against Trentham. The father-and-son combination of Steve and Josh Cowan were outstanding with Steve hitting 126 and Josh 52. Sam Hewitt, 3/74, and Ian Dunne, 3/90, tried hard for Trentham.

The juniors had a win against Kyneton who had only seven players. Daylesford made 2/114 in their 20 overs, with Darcy Shewell 30 and Aidan Mill 32, both retired.
Kyneton were dismissed for 58 runs, Sebastian Walsh taking 2/14. Next week, the boys are away to Maldon.
