FULL flavour and nutrition won't fall short at this year's Regional Producers Day at the Lake House.
Richard and Lia Dobson from Sunrise Organics in Korweinguboora will showcase eight of their Australian certified products including: spicy falafel mix; sunflower and almond muffin mix; buckwheat pancake mix; burnt butter biscuit mix; and Dutch buttercake mix.
They will also have three gluten-free mixes including falafels, pancakes and biscuits.
Mr Dobson said Regional Producers Day was a special day.
"The Lake House is a nice place and the day attracts people who like good food," Mr Dobson said.
Visitors to the day will be able to see Mr Dobson conduct a 15-minute demonstration, adding other people's products to his mixes.
Mr Dobson, who is a member of Daylesford Macedon Produce, said the day would showcase good-quality food.
"The day helps small producers display their products at a big event," Mr Dobson said.
Apart from attracting a wide spectrum of people, Regional Producers Day will showcase the region's growers, bakers, preservers, wine makers, farmers and beekeepers.
Cooking demonstrations and delicious food and wine will be available for grazing all day.
Visitors will also be able to buy products on the day.
Regional Producers Day is at the Lake House on Sunday, February 12, from 10am to 5pm. Entry is $3.
