THIS year's ChillOut Festival parade will have a maritime theme of "Pirates ?Recapturing the Pearls".
The parade will take place on Sunday, March 11 from 10am onwards and will feature all manner of festive mobile displays.
Popular floats include dykes on bikes, marching boys, drag queens lounging in convertibles, classic cars, cheerleaders and clowns' floats.
The organisers say this year there could be a few creative ideas visitors haven't seen before.
The parade takes place along Vincent Street, Daylesford and the best themed entry in this year's parade will walk away with a $500 prize.
