So far the community has raised $225,000 but needs to get-together to reach $300,000.

Rotary Club of Daylesford member Danny Moynihan said the ARC will be terrific for the town.

"The facility is going to be great," Mr Moynihan said.

To help to raise the remaining money, the Rotary club is holding a paver fundraising project.

Businesses, families or individuals can make sure their name goes down in history by buying a paver with their name on it.

Having your name engraved into a paver will be a lasting record of your valued support and commitment to the ARC.

The pavers cost $50 for a single paver, $85 for a double paver or $120 for a triple paver.

Final orders will be taken on Tuesday, February 28.
