WHEN the stork arrives at your doorstep with a new baby, help isn't too far away.

Daylesford's Parents Rock program aims to support parents with newly born children to five-year-olds.

Family and Children's worker Elaine Anderson said Parents Rock provides a welcoming, friendly and relaxed group where parents can relax.

"It's a program where parents can have fun," she said.

She said the program benefits parents who move to a new town and feel isolated or alone.

Parents Rock meets at Daylesford Christian Fellowship on Thursday mornings from 10am to 11.30am.
