Art auction for good cause

AN AUCTION to raise money for people in Nepal will be held this weekend. Money raised will go towards the Nepal Glaucoma Eye Clinic Association to help build the first glaucoma clinic in Kathmandu.

Glaucoma specialist Dr Suman Thapa from Nepal will be the guest of honour at the

auction.

Clifton Pugh, Gary Shead,David Boyd, Bruno Leepin and Louis Kahan are some of the

artists who will have their work auctioned.

Local artists including Petrus Spronk, Perry Snodgrass, Della Gogall and Robert Kendall will also have their artwork auctioned.

Local businesses have donated generously to the auction.

The auction will be held at Hepburn Springs Golf Club this Saturday, November 26, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Cost is $25 per head and includes drinks and finger food.
