DONATIONS are still being accepted for the Daylesford Secondary College SRC's Shave for a Cure Day on Friday.
The Cutting Shed's Lyndall Conroy will be at the school at 1pm to shave the heads of any students, teachers or members of the community who have registered for the big shave.
All money raised will go directly to the Leukemia Foundation to assist people living with leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related blood disorders.
Year eight students Hana Savidge-Walker and Alison Herman, who are getting their heads shaved, said it was an easy decision.
"I've got not much hair to lose at this point," short-haired Alison said.
"I know people who have had cancer and people who have died from cancer so I thought I may as well do it," Hana said.
